ENDANZA 2026 - Video Audition

To be eligible for a scholarship through a video audition, you must record the following content:

Intensive Classical Dance Video Audition 

Barre: plié, tendu, fondue, grand battement, adagio in centre

1 combination of turns in centre

1 combination of small jumps

1 combination of medium jumps

1 combination of large jumps

1 combination of pointe work (women)

1 variation from the repertoire or classical study (adapted to your level and on demi-pointe if you have not yet worked on pointe).

Intensive Spanish Dance Video Audition

Arm movements with castanets through all positions

Step combination exercise containing: retortillé, lizadas, seasé contra seasé, vuelta de pecho, vuelta de vals girada, deboules

Step combination exercise containing: jerezana alta, rodazán, pas de basque, panaderos de espalda y con vueltas, pirouettes, piqués, vuelta fibraltada, vuelta quebrada.

Combination exercise of jumps and battery containing: open-close, changes, lizada forwards and backwards, embotados, echappés.

Brief variation of the bolera school repertoire.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• The Audition costs  35€.
• If the video is recorded with a mobile phone, it must be in horizontal format.
• The video must be no longer than 15 minutes and must be sent in MP4 format via WeTransfer. Select the video audition in the box below. Complete the form and add the WeTransfer link in the corresponding box. wetransfer​

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: From 15 November 2025 to 31 March 2026.

The number of scholarships is limited and will depend on the level and artistic potential of the participants. The distribution of scholarships among the participants in the in-person auditions will be determined.  

The results of the video audition will be communicated by email to each of the participants (15) 15 days after confirmation of receipt of the video by Asociación Esencia Danza.
